Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

During launches, sales, holidays, or high order volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control

Heat-Sensitive Products

Many of our products are made with natural ingredients and do not contain unnecessary stabilizers or fillers.

As a result, products such as whipped body butters may:

Melt

Soften

Change texture during transit in warm weather

This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

By purchasing from For Simple Health, you acknowledge that:

Melted products are not eligible for refunds or replacements

Texture changes due to heat are a natural characteristic of these products

If melting occurs:

Allow the product to return to room temperature

For whipped products, re-whipping may help restore texture

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, For Simple Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
